Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execution of sales strategies to attain company objectives and surpass revenue targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and actively pursue business opportunities, establish and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and guide the sales process from lead generation to successful closure.
Team Collaboration: Engage in seamless collaboration with lead generation and cross-functional teams, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the smooth execution of business/sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Skills and Competencies:
B2B Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on outstaffing/outsourcing/IT products.
International Market Expertise: Demonstrated experience in navigating markets, particularly in the EU, US, UK and the Middle East.
Communication Proficiency: Exhibit a high level of communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across diverse teams.
Demonstrate a fluent English communicative level to navigate international business landscapes.
Previous Industries Focus: MedTech/AI industry’s previous experience would be a huge plus
